Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using PrayU (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

PrayU is a digital ministry of Heavens and Earth (PrayU), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Churches and ministry leaders using the admin-side of the Service confirm they have authority to act on behalf of their organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other members of the community.

PrayU is a sacred space built around prayer, encouragement, and community. To keep it that way, you agree NOT to:

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of the prayers, comments, journal entries, and other content you submit to PrayU.

By posting content, you grant PrayU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform — including showing your prayers to other members of your church community.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm that you have the right to share it.

Donations made through PrayU are processed by Zeffy on behalf of Heavens and Earth (PrayU). All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by U.S. law.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law. By donating, you acknowledge that 100% of your gift supports the mission of Heavens and Earth (PrayU).

Some PrayU features (including church admin plans) require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.

We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice; continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The PrayU name, logo, design, and all related software, content, and materials are the property of Heavens and Earth (PrayU) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

PrayU is a tool to support prayer and community life — it is not a substitute for professional pastoral, medical, mental-health, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavens and Earth (PrayU), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue any feature or the Service as a whole.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or by email.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Heavens and Earth (PrayU) is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
