Why I built PrayU
PrayU started with a struggle of my own. I knew prayer mattered, but I wasn't staying consistent in it. Driving one day, I thought about how much easier it would be to have one simple place to keep what I was praying for — and to actually come back to it.
Then it hit me: if I'm feeling this, I'm not the only one.
We tell people we'll be praying for them. We mean it. But the week gets away from us, and we lose track of what someone is carrying. I wanted a place where prayer doesn't stop when the conversation ends — where you can see what a friend is walking through, pray for them that day, and look back later at what God did.
So I built PrayU.
It's for anyone who wants to pray more faithfully with the people they love — and for churches who want their people praying together all week, not just on Sunday. I pray it strengthens you, and that God uses it far beyond anything I could build.
